M & M Weatherization Company is a full-service, one-stop weatherization company based in San Antonio, Texas. Our mission is to conserve energy through energy-efficiency remodeling. For a decade, we have been focused on providing homeowners with innovative solutions and personalized services. We are proud that the majority of our work comes from referrals and repeat clients.
In 2002, M & M – founded by Mac Rattan and Manny Tijerina – began with two employees. Our guiding principles then, as now, were to provide quality services at a fair price and to treat people with courtesy and respect. Today, we employ nearly seventy. Through a lot of hard work and a lot of good fortune, we believe M & M has emerged as the best weatherization company in Texas. More importantly, we continue to improve.
We passionately believe in what we do. All of us have choices. As consumers and as parents, as Americans and as stewards of our environment, the energy choices we make today will have a profound impact on generations to follow. Conservation is the cleanest and cheapest form of energy.
